Websterville, VT---Highland Sugarworks is flipped over their newest addition to their best-selling pancake mixes. It' an all-purpose Baking Mix. Their Baking Mix makes great waffles and pancakes, yummy cookies, muffins, and more. It is made up of organic ingredients and is light and easy to work with.

The packaging is whimsical, lending itself to a day in the kitchen. There are recipes provided on the package for cookies, biscuits, waffles, a deep fry batter, and muffins. Two favorite recipes are for Mix n' match Muffins and Aunt Bert's Beer Batter. The uses are endless.

And there's more…Highland Sugarworks has introduced, It's Cookie Time gift packages. There is one for every season. They contain the Baking Mix, 2 cookie cutters, crystal sugar sprinkles and Donna's famous (Well, famous here in Websterville!) sugar cookie recipe. The cookie cutters couldn't be more fun.
